Acceptance of terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; see "Changes to these terms" below.

Educational purpose

Everything on this site (guides, articles, resources, and calculators) is provided for general educational purposes only. Robayer WealthLab is not a licensed financial advisor, and nothing here is personalized financial advice. Always consider your own circumstances, and consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site is owned by Robayer WealthLab or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, including:

Permitted use

This content is here for you to read, learn from, and use in your own financial decisions. Specifically:

  • Use guides and resources for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • Reference this content for educational purposes, with credit.

You may not

  • Redistribute guides, articles, or resources to others.
  • Resell any content, in original or modified form.
  • Republish content elsewhere, in whole or in part, without permission.

Purchases & refunds

eBooks and other digital products on this site are paid, instant-download purchases, processed securely through Paystack, a licensed payment processor. When you click Buy, you're redirected to Paystack's own secure checkout page to complete payment. We never see or store your card, mobile money PIN, or other payment details on our own systems.

Once Paystack confirms your payment, we verify it on our end before granting access to your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your purchase reference and download instructions, and you can also download your files directly from the confirmation page shown after checkout. Each product's download limits and access window (how many times, and for how long, you can (re)download it) are shown on the product page before you buy. Buying a digital product also means you agree to our License Agreement, which sets out what you may and may not do with the file itself — this section covers the purchase and refund process; that page covers usage rights.

Refunds: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as the file hasn't been downloaded more than once (one download to check the file is fine). After 7 days, or after multiple downloads, we still review every request individually: a genuine case (the product was materially misrepresented, or a technical fault prevented access) is honored; a request outside these situations is considered case by case, at our discretion, and isn't automatic or guaranteed. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your purchase reference.

User accounts

Robayer WealthLab operates on a guest-checkout basis: no account or registration is required to purchase or download a guide. Your purchase reference and confirmation email are always your record of the transaction, and your download link works whether or not you ever create an account.

After a successful purchase, we automatically set up an account for you at the email address you paid with, so you can sign back in later and see everything you've bought in one place. No password is created for you, and the account cannot be signed into by anyone until you choose to set one — an email invites you to do so, entirely at your option. Declining has no effect on your purchase or your ability to (re)download it.

If you do set a password, you're responsible for keeping it confidential and for anything done through your account. Let us know right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Prohibited activities

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or defraud the payment or download-access system.
  • Share, publish, or resell a download link or purchased file to anyone who hasn't purchased it themselves.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the site beyond normal, reasonable browsing.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or non-public area of the site.
  • Use the site, its forms, or its content for any unlawful purpose, or to impersonate any person or entity.

This site may link to external websites (such as your bank, the Bank of Ghana, or the Ghana Stock Exchange) for reference. We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep information on this site accurate and up to date.

Robayer WealthLab provides this site "as is," without warranties of any kind. We can't guarantee the content is complete or error-free, and we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If a disagreement arises, please contact us first at [email protected]. Most issues (a payment problem, a download that didn't work, a billing question) can be resolved directly and quickly this way. Where a dispute can't be resolved informally, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version; please check back occasionally.
