This agreement covers what you may do with a digital product (an eBook, guide, template, or similar) after you buy it from Robayer WealthLab. It's separate from our Terms of Use, which covers the website and the purchase/refund process itself — read both, but this is the one that answers "what am I actually allowed to do with the file."

This is a first, plain-language version of this agreement, written to match exactly what our systems already do (see "How access works" below) — not generic boilerplate copied from elsewhere. If anything here is unclear, email us; we'd rather fix the wording than leave you guessing.

What this covers

Every paid digital product you buy from Robayer WealthLab is licensed to you, not sold to you outright — the same basic arrangement as buying an eBook from any digital publisher. You own your copy of the file and the right to use it as described below; Robayer WealthLab and its authors retain ownership of the underlying work itself.

The license you get

Unless a product page says otherwise, every purchase grants a personal-use license:

You may

  • Read, use, and apply the content for your own personal financial education.
  • Keep your own copy of the file on your own devices, for your own use.
  • Print a personal copy for your own reading.

You may not

  • Share, forward, or post your download link or copy of the file for anyone who hasn't bought it themselves.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the file, in original or modified form.
  • Republish, excerpt, or reuse the content publicly (a blog, a course, social media) without our written permission.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notice, branding, or attribution in the file.

How access works

This section describes, honestly, exactly what our systems enforce — not aspirational language:

  • Each purchase is tied to your own download link, which is single-use and time-limited each time you (re)request it — this is a security measure, not a limit on how many times you may legitimately re-download your own purchase.
  • Some products have a maximum number of (re)downloads and/or an access window (how long after purchase you can still download), shown on the product page before you buy.
  • If you set up an account, your Library gives you another way to reach your downloads without needing the original email — it doesn't change what the license itself allows.

When a license ends

A license is granted at the moment your purchase is verified, and stays valid unless the underlying purchase is refunded or reversed (including a payment-provider chargeback) — see the refund policy in our Terms of Use for how refunds work. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the license and the download access that came with it both end at that point; access already used up to that point (e.g. a file already downloaded) isn't retroactively "un-granted," but no further downloads are available under a refunded or reversed purchase.

Future license types

The personal-use license above is what every product on this site grants today. As Robayer WealthLab grows, we expect to offer other license types for specific situations — for example, a commercial license for businesses, or an institutional/bulk license for organizations buying multiple copies. Any product offered under a license other than personal-use will say so clearly on its own product page before you buy, and that page's terms govern instead of the personal-use terms above.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement as the site and its product catalog grow. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. A change here never retroactively narrows the rights you already had under the version in effect when you bought a given product.
